Arrival

Arriving 15 mins early for your massage appointment, especially first time guests, will allow time for you to check in, relax and use the restroom.  

Cancellations/Missed Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will be charged a $40 no-show fee. Thank you for respecting my time and schedule 

Payments 

I accept Cash, Venmo or Credit Card.  Payment is due at the end of your scheduled session.  If paying with cash, please have the exact amount due for your session.  I do not carry cash to make change.    

PARKING

Free Parking is available to the left of the building. 42 Summer Street, Pittsfield, Ma 01201 

Entrance

Elevator entrance is on the left side of the building. (Nautilus). Please take elevator to the 3rd floor and follow the Berkshire Healing Arts signs to my shared waiting area.  

Stairs Entrance is at the front of the building. Follow the signs to Berkshire Healing Arts to my shared waiting room.
